You will not experience any changes to the service we provide during Covid-19 Pandemic. However, the method in which we deliver these services will be modified to protect our mutual health and safety.

Although our office is closed indefinitely, our team is working remotely and has total access to all information regarding your file. All communications for now will be conducted by telephone, e-mail or mail.

WSIB and WSIAT have adapted hearing protocols. We have been doing written submissions, telephone and video hearings after careful consideration of the best option for the client.
